該生產線是將較薄金屬卷板整平、剪切成塊狀板材的專用設備，實現(xiàn)工件連續(xù)運行不停的工況下，完成高速精確定長剪切，工件平整度及板型好，特別適合于剪切短板工件的批量生產。
通常由上料小車、開卷機、引頭裝置、校平主機、活動過橋、導向糾偏裝置、定尺機構、覆膜裝置、飛剪 主機、輸送工作臺、氣動排料架、液壓升降垛料臺、運料滾道臺及液壓、氣動及電氣控制系統(tǒng)等組成。
主要液壓、氣動、電控元件、定尺飛剪控制系統(tǒng)均選用國際一線品牌，操作界面友好，可靠性高。 | |

This line is professional equipment for leveling and cutting plate to pieces for thin metal plate, suitable for mass producing of short width coils.
It usually consists of feeding car, uncoiler, pressing & traction device, level machine, movable bridge, guide correction device, cut-to-length mechanism, film coating device, shearing machine, transition table, pneumatic discharging frame, hydraulic lifting stack table, transport roll table, and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical、control system etc. Control with PLC. Main hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic elements, cut-to-length control system all use international famous brand.
This equipment is mainly for processing cold carbon coil, stainless steel coil, and color metal coil, can complete with 6-high level machine to meet the precision leveling. | |
